At Lyons Company, we recognize that training and professional development are essential to employees’ careers and to the success of the company. Our commitment to professional development begins with employing a full time training director along with a state-of-the-art training management system.

Each Lyons Company employee develops an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) that serves as a training road map for accomplishing career goals. While on-the-job training is an essential component of the craft trades, classroom training is conducted at the Lyons Skills Development Center, which is our dedicated training facility.

Safety First

Safety begins with an attitude of personal responsibility for ourselves and for each other. We believe the attention given to working safely is a reflection of what can be expected in the quality of the work performed.

Lyons Company has developed written safety policies and procedure that are reinforced with education, safety inspections, and methods of communication to recognize hazards and heighten awareness.
